Grenache reflects the identity of each terroir. Rubor is born from this variety that has adapted excellently to our “Mas Miquel” estate.
Cava with subtle notes of berries.
Rubor is a bright and bold rosé, with a delicate balance between fresh floral notes and the sumptuous touch of a brut cava.
Elaboration
Coupage: 100% Grenache
Ageing: Guarda. More than 12 months of ageing.
Dosage: Brut, 4g/L of added sugar.
ABV: 12%.

Tasting note
Aspect: Cherry color, evoking the blush of the sky at dawn.
Nose: Fruity and sumptuous with notes of cherries and blackberries.
Palate: Dry with a bold beginning and body. It is crisp and balanced, with structure, long-lasting in the mouth and a wide end.
